Lakeside Rose Gardens Tour

Come to Lakeside Park for a tour of the Rose Gardens! Led by the Lakeside Park Head Gardener, come ready to ask your rose questions, find out how the gardeners care for the roses, and their monthly rose maintenance schedule. Check out the new roses and the new signage. Walk through all the Rose Gardens, looking at the different varieties and discover how each rose grows uniquely. You’ll also get familiarized with common pests and diseases, fertilizing, pruning, and winter protection.

Members of the Fort Wayne Daylily Society present a cheerful display of these summer beauties and are nearby to share their knowledge of how to grow them at home.
