As an instructor skilled in guiding movement through the Sun Style Form of T’ai Chi, Sandy modifies movement to suit instruction for students ranging from beginning to advanced. Enhance posture and decrease pain with this six-part series guided by Liz Monnier, a certified Bones for Life® instructor and Feldenkrais® practitioner. Through natural, gentle movement, this practice aids in the fight against osteoporosis by improving the overall strength and health of your bones. While effective practice includes standing, walking, sitting and lying on the floor, individual modifications are offered to accommodate any restrictions. Removing shoes is recommended for best results. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, a long scarf and small hand towel.
