T’ai Chi in August

Embrace summer and the restorative properties of T’ai Chi with certified instructor, Sandy Gebhard. As a popular instructor of the Sun Style Form, Sandy returns for this class to focus on shorter forms and skill building. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable fitting shoes. Class will be held outdoors in the shade, weather permitting. Includes individual garden admission during public hours. Ages 18+. Registration deadline: July 28. Min. 10. Max. 20.
