T’ai Chi Tuesdays

During this morning series, delve further into the benefits of an ongoing T’ai Chi practice with experienced instructor, Sandy Gebhard. Instruction will focus on advancing the skills of returning students; beginners are welcome with the understanding it will be a faster pace. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable fitting shoes. Individual garden admission also included. Ages 18+. Registration deadline: September 30. Min. 10. Max. 20.
