Find a sense of relaxation through the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi. This series will focus on quieting the mind, moving slowly while find- ing flow in your movement and developing confi- dence in balance and weight shifts. Well-practiced instructor Liz Monnier will also promote healing and internal harmony with user-friendly Qigong exercises. Please note that morning sessions are in-person and on-site while virtual evening ses- sions are digital and live via Zoom where you participate from the comfort of your home.
