Removing shoes is recommended for best results. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, a long scarf and small hand towel. Upon registration, new participants must provide an email address and complete a required memorandum of understanding. Visit movementintelligence.org for more information. Ages 18+. Registration deadline: September 23. Min. 10. Max. 20.
