Fort Wayne, Ind. – Mayor Tom Henry, Parks and Recreation Director Steve McDaniel and Conjure Coffee owner Corey Waldron officially cut the ribbon on the new Conjure Coffee café inside the Botanical Conservatory on December 3.
Conjure Coffee has already become a Fort Wayne favorite at their home location on Columbia Avenue which features their own locally roasted coffee along with a highly-seasonal menu which features many fresh, locally-sourced products. In addition to café products they offer an array of roasted coffee for packaged sale and their coffees are also featured at a number of local restaurants.
"On behalf of the entire Conjure Coffee Family, we couldn't be more enthused about our collaboration with the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory,” said Waldron. “Uniting fellow plant lovers with a direct agricultural connection through coffee and local food offerings further embraces our ethos of preservation and sustainability through cooperation and support of one another; a community near and far."
“We’re thrilled to have this partnership with Conjure Coffee,” said McDaniel. “They have proven to be a popular destination for Fort Wayne citizens and we are very happy our Conservatory visitors will be able to enjoy their offerings as well.”
The café will be open Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 5pm, Saturdays: 8am - 5pm, Sundays: 8am - 4pm, and will be closed Mondays. Catering options will also be available for Conservatory renters.
