Enhance your balance through the ancient Chinese practice of T’ai Chi. Certified instructor, Liz Monnier, guides movement in the method of Qigong to improve balance and induce relaxation, healing and internal harmony. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable fitting shoes. With class consensus and weather permitting, instruction may be held outdoors in the shade. Includes individual garden admission during public hours. Ages 18+. Registration deadline: May 27. Min. 10. Max. 20.
