Showcase Garden ~ features four changing seasonal exhibits every year, plus permanent plants such as bamboo, loquat tree, gardenias, hibiscus, and creeping fig.

Tropical Garden ~ features a waterfall, a pond full of goldfish, 13 types of palms, and tropical species such as the breadfruit, coffee, banana and orange trees, cycads, ferns, orchids and bromeliads. Be sure to check out our Theobroma cacao tree, also known as a chocolate tree.

Desert Garden~ replicates the desert environment of the Southwest and includes such desert dwellers as the Saguaro cacti, fishhook barrel cactus, prickly pear, creosote bush, jojoba, and yucca, mesquite and ironwood trees.

Outdoors

Terrace Garden~ This lovely brick terrace features seasonal plantings and Midwestern trees, along with the ambiance of a secluded, yet open plaza in the heart of the city.

Streetside Garden ~ features ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs and Midwestern trees. Look for Flora ~ a bronze statue that symbolizes the bounty of nature. Sculptor: Michigan artist Tony Frudakis.
