Grow Your Own: Cole Family Crops

It’s that time of year again, time to think ahead to the summer garden you may have been putting off. But mid- to late-February is the perfect time to start sowing your favorite Cole family crops! Cole family, you ask? It encompasses many common garden vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and more. Join Noble County Master Gardener Dennis Parr as he teaches you the best time to sow your seeds and then what you’ll need to do in order to produce thriving starts by the time the weather breaks. You’ll get to take home several kinds of seeds to begin your garden adventures indoors. Ages 18+. Registration deadline: February 8. Min. 10. Max. 20.
